Click and collect

Click and collect items will be available to collect in store 1 hour after purchase. If you require your item before this time please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Please note that some items require 4-6 weeks for delivery and this is noted on the product.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If it's not right and you need to return an item we will be happy to make a full refund or exchange provided that the item is returned within 7 days of collection in a re-saleable condition.

Returns Restrictions

We regret that we are unable to offer returns on sale or damaged items. We will hold your selected items up to a maximum of 7 days of order being placed. Sale items will only be held for a maximum of 3 days

After the time has expired and your item has not been collected it will be returned to general stock . You may or may not be notified about this. If for some reason you cannot make it down in the set time contact us and we can extend this period.
